What to expect when you call

We know calling a plumber can feel uncertain. Here’s what happens when you ring us – so you know what you’re getting.

• 1. We’ll ask what’s wrong. A quick chat helps us send the right person with the right kit – and give you a rough idea of cost before we come out.
• 2. We’ll give you a time window. Same-day and next-day slots are normal for us. For emergencies we’ll get someone out as soon as we can.
• 3. We turn up with the right gear. Our vans are stocked for most jobs – drain rods, jetting, boiler parts, fittings – so we can often fix it on the first visit.
• 4. We explain the cost before we start. No nasty surprises. For drainage we’ll outline the work and what it involves before we begin.
